In general I’m happy with mantras, big catalog and very fast delivery even for B2B. I had one issue and that was I ordered an overhaul kit 14301A that unfortunately does not have text description of its contents on the website, and was missing two orings. When I asked for compensation, meaning sending those as I should have had them in the first place, I was only given two links to replacement orings that I had to buy myself and even pay the shipping, which is honestly horribly expensive…
